As expected the House of Representatives yesterday voted to censure "Joe" Wilson, the South Carolina Congressman who shouted "You Lie" in the middle of President Obama's joint address to Congress last week.The Congressional Research Service have produced a paper on measures that may be taken by the House to discipline its members.
