Westminster Returns

Both Houses of Parliament returned from their Christmas Recess yesterday. Today I'm back at my desk in the House of Lords - and hope to attend Question Time, before starting my first research interview of the New Year (I'm researching the work of Whips in the British Parliament and the US Congress). Later I'll be going on a tour of Chatham House.
