The handover of power is complete. Britain's Prime Minister is Gordon Brown - and we should soon (at least within the next couple of days) know who will be getting the jobs in Cabinet, and in the other ministerial ranks.There is just one greeting between the many Labour MPs and peers at Westminster this afternoon - "good luck".
